How do I create an account?

Visit our signup page and follow the 4-step process: Account Info → Email Verification → Plan Selection → Broker Setup.

Why do I need to verify my email?

Email verification ensures account security and allows us to send important notifications.

What subscription plans are available?

We offer Silver (monthly), Gold (quarterly), and Platinum (yearly) plans.

Go to Settings → Broker Connection and enter your API credentials. Click "Test & Save Keys" to verify.

How do I change my password?

Visit Settings → Security, enter your current password and new password, then click "Update Password".

Can I update my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan anytime from Settings → Subscription.

API Setup Guide

Setting up Alpaca API Keys

Step 1: Create Alpaca Account

Visit alpaca.markets and create a trading account.

Step 2: Generate API Keys

Navigate to your Alpaca dashboard and generate API keys with trading permissions.

Step 3: Configure in daVinci CORE

Go to Settings → Broker Connection and enter your API Key ID and Secret Key.

Required Information:
  • • API Key ID (starts with "PK" for paper trading or "AK" for live)
  • • Secret Key (longer alphanumeric string)
  • • Trading permissions enabled on your Alpaca account
